Occupation-specific Language Training (OSLT)

Overview

OSLT teaches the communication skills needed to find and keep a job in Canada.

Students practice dialogue and communication tasks commonly performed on the job in their field, sector, and occupation.

  • Workplace Skills for Accounting and Finance
  • Workplace Skills for Entrepreneurship and Sales and Marketing
  • Workplace Skills for Health Care
  • Workplace Skills for Human Services: Children and Youth
  • Workplace Skills for Technology

The courses are 180 hours long and offered part-time evenings and weekends. They are free for those who qualify.
