Job Duties:

  • Organizing and Maintaining the  firms ongoing real estate files and schedule
  • Opening, Closing and generally Managing real estate files (physical and digital)
  • Drafting and coordinating correspondence and legal documents
  • Drafting closing documents (including status reports, final reports)
  • Organizing files/closings
  • Meeting and corresponding with clients, lawyers, banks, and other individuals
  • Real Estate Banking
  • Other duties as required by the real estate team
  • General office and clerical duties as required

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and busy practices
  • Meeting strict deadlines with excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and client service skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of work
  • Ability to work with strong personalities, while under pressure
  • Confident and dependable with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Communicator with excellent command of both spoken and written English
